MY STORY: FROM LEARNING TO LEADING
I’m Milan, the founder of MD Roofing. My journey in construction started back in Slovakia, where my father—a builder and teacher—taught me the skills and values of hard work.
After years of hands-on experience, I moved to the UK and spent a decade working with another builder, where I not only refined my construction skills but also learned how to manage projects, handle customers, and run a business the right way. Eventually, I knew it was time to build something of my own—a company built on trust, quality, and doing things properly.
What started as a small family-run business quickly grew through word of mouth and happy customers. Our clients trust us because we never take deposits, always finish what we start, and personally follow up to make sure everything is done right.
